Ingredients
1 slice bread
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Soy Kinako powder
1 tablespoon sugar *Optional
1 pinch salt

Cut the bread slice into 14 even strips
Step 2
Arrange strips on a microwave-safe plate and cook at 500W for 2 minutes
Step 3
Mix the strips, then microwave for another 1½ minutes
Step 4
Test one piece – if not crunchy, microwave for additional 30 seconds

Melt butter in a plastic bag using hot water
Step 6
Add bread strips to the bag and shake to coat with butter
Step 7
Add Soy Kinako powder, sugar, and salt to the bag

Shake until evenly coated.
